Meet Landen Linnemeier
I’m Landen, the owner of DockSide Detailing. I grew up in Leo, Indiana, but some of my best memories are from summers on Hamilton Lake — swimming, fishing, skiing, and wakeboarding. Those summers are a big part of why I started a business built around the lakes.
How It Started
Before DockSide, I worked at The Pier Place in Angola, gaining hands-on experience with docks, lifts, and lakefront equipment. I learned how much work goes into keeping a waterfront in good shape.
I started DockSide Detailing in 2024 with dock and pier cleaning. As I got to know more boat owners, the business grew into detailing boats and taking care of other waterfront needs. In March 2026, I took DockSide full-time.
What I Do Today
My focus is helping boat owners enjoy their time on the water without spending all their free time cleaning and maintaining the boat. I bring equipment and supplies right to the dock, marina, or another suitable service location.

- Water spot removal and pontoon toon acid washing
- Jet ski and personal watercraft detailing
- Dock, pier, ladder, and stair cleaning
- Shoreline debris and seaweed clearing
- Routine boat care and seasonal maintenance

I like the kind of work where you can see a real difference when you're finished — faded gelcoat looking better, stained surfaces cleaned up, or an entire boat ready for the weekend.
I want every customer to know who’s showing up, what work is being done, and what to expect. I take pride in communicating clearly and treating their boat and property with care.
